Our Training Philosophy

Our approach for the successful delivery of human resources training leverages our experiential learning philosophy, which is focused on “cueing” for learning, which involves working with supervisors and course attendees to identify and incorporate learning objectives specific to course delivery, which will in turn, create a training experience that will ensure rapid, post training on-the-job performance improvement, supporting the agency’s goals and objectives.

In other words, our training philosophy uses “cues” to position attendees for success and an outstanding learning experience. Our “cue for learning” approach involves the use of pre and post-course evaluations, setting clear goals to improve the pre-course knowledge level through lectures, exercises, group work and individual learning.   Finally, our learning philosophy is applied to assisting course attendees in determining how they will approach assignments upon their return to the workplace, applying new or refreshed knowledge appropriately.

Our training designs are flexible, and focused on leveraging our interdisciplinary human resources knowledge into your agency. Learning objectives and course materials can be customized to address specific agency or HR needs and requirements.
